The International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs

The International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (ICIE) is an international, non-governmental organization founded in February 1992 at the initiative of national business circles from the Russian Federation, CIS countries, Europe, and Asia.

Currently, ICIE unites business unions of industrialists and entrepreneurs, as well as employer organizations and commercial entities from 20 countries in Europe and Asia: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece, Georgia, Italy, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, North Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, South Korea, the Russian Federation, Romania, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and India.

The International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs has official status with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), the Interparliamentary Assembly of CIS Member States (IPA CIS), and has established long-term cooperative relationships with the Eurasian Economic Commission, the CIS Executive Committee, the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, the Business Councils of the Eurasian Economic Union, SCO, BRICS, the International Center for Scientific and Technical Information, and the World Confederation of Trade Unions, among others.

ICIE partners with various industry associations, investment, innovation, public funds, consulting and law firms, research institutions, and educational establishments.
To implement its core activities in practice, a corresponding structure of working bodies has been established, including thematic committees and commissions of the Congress, Coordinating Councils, and Representatives in several countries.
